Absolute disgrace, had the van for two years then had an email to say they didn't take the money out of our account for the insurance and then this year never renewed it saying we owed money!!!!!! So had lads driving around with no insurance! please avoid like the plague ( trust me you will thank me ) there are so many more companies that are miles better than this shower of shiiiite.

My experience is that I agreed a lease price for a car, signed all the docs, which they did too, then I was waiting for delivery in the 1st week of November. The car never arrived and after more than a month I was still waiting, having missed 2 reforecast delivery dates. Then the contract was cancelled without my consent, yet it said on the website \cancelled by customer\, all very irritating. Finally, they issued a new contract including a price hike (having previously said it was an internal admin problem that wouldn't result in a price change). I liked dealing with Stewart, but something's not right behind the scenes. Now I need to scramble to get point to point transport for Christmas. Not good.

Avoid - Would never use this company again. Bought a van and they used lease plan. Couldn't sell our van at the end of the lease agreement for 'market value' due to Covid so had to let it go for significantly less. Unfortunately this isn't allowed and now refusing to release the V5. Would never deal with either of these companies again!

Misleading quotes advertised, in reality than cannot offer the prices they offer and make excuses about loan providers, in 40years of trading i have never had a problem financing a purchase. plane old carrot dangling.

Not even worth a star. They came to collect a leased van and didn't leave nothing with me to say they collected the van. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL
