I am really not happy with vodafone. They are lying about every single contract. They would tell me something and they do something completely different. They work very expensive and they charge for something extra every month.

It was great, Carl the manager helped me find a new phone and he was very friendly, he explained things that I was unsure of and even when the computer started playing up he still stayed cheerful even though it was getting later and later and he had to go early. He got it sorted in the end and then discovered that the phone he had was already allocated so had to order one in for me which neither of us wanted, but he said to see him when I collect it and he will sort it for me.
