This is the first time I have had to arrange a funeral and Deane could not have been more helpful and supportive. From our first meeting to the day itself, Deane dealt with everything with kindness, patience and calmness. He accommodated all my requests, found me the perfect celebrant and I felt confident leaving the arrangements in his capable hands. I could not have asked for more. I wasn't prepared for how difficult and demanding the first few weeks after losing a loved one can be, but trusting Deane to take care of such an important part of the arrangements made things seem less daunting.
