I was delighted with the choice of birthday cards and found 6 which will be appriciated. I needed to post a parcel so i took my cards upstairs to pay. I was told no staff there so go downstairs! Although the young man worked there.The assistant that did serve me was great.
The lady at the front counter this afternoon was friendly and polite and no queue either so very happy with the customer care
Shabby shop and very unhelpful uninterested staff, such a shame. It has the look of a store just waiting to be closed down!
Just called to find out if I could obtain a digital photograph for passport renewal as have always used the post office there for passports and know there is a photo both. “No idea, I’ve never looked in the phot booth to be honest” ! That’s solved the problem then! Surprised as usually v helpful there.
