My filling fell out and I was seen within 2 days. My dentist was amazing and put me at ease, as did the dental assistant. Im very nervous about the dentist. My only downfall was the receptionist that took my call the first time I rang to make the appointment. She seemed as if I was a nuisance for ringing. But the other lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely. Covid protocol, wait outside in the car park until the assistant comes to get you. They give you hand sanitizer. In and out the room. Payments via phone.

The Woodhall Farm Dental Practice is a better place to go when you have problems with your teeth. Believe me when I say that my dentist is very kind with my teeth; without her by now I could have broken teeth and lot of holes in my mouth. My dentist is excellent and professional at her work she does to help people like me. Highly recommended.

The staff at the practice are very welcoming, efficient and, in my nervous experience, comforting. They explain what they are going to do, then do it quickly and neatly. Having bad toothache, my local dentist, Woodhall Dental Practice, were unhelpful, as they only allocate 2 emergency appointments per day & there was no booking for said appointments. I was registered at this dentist but I had not been there for around 3 years. I was made to feel stupid by the reception staff as I was not aware that I was no longer registered. Luckily for me, Hemel Smile Studios stepped in to save the day and were very patient & I was treated with kindness.

I have been a patient here for years and have always been very satisfied with the treatment Ive received. During lockdown I was even more impressed with the way everything was handled, from my first call to the receptionist, to my being given an urgent appointment. All the new Covid19 rules were explained in detail to me before my arrival and I felt as if I was in a very safe environment
