I purchased a Wren Kitchen through the January sale and was really happy with the service. The designer went through everything clearly with us and made sure we were fully aware of all the options, and helped us solve a couple of tricky space problems as our kitchen is not very big but we had big ideas! The installers and tradespeople they used were fantastic, as were the delivery people, which happened right in the middle of lockdown but they took every precaution. I'm thrilled with how the kitchen looks now and have recommended Wren to friends.

Terrible customer service not got the right stuff put kitchen in wrong place so all electrics had to be move costing my 80 year old mother to pay more out never pick up phone.... I would never go here again or advise any one else to ... money grbbing company!!!!!!!
I hate this place. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in my whole life. I will not be returning and I want to warn anyone who is thinking of going to Wren Kitchens...DONT by all means.
Very helpful and patient designer. I was impressed with the 3D image sent to my email so I could look frequently and decide if there were changes I wanted before the final moment. (Which I did). Delivery was smooth, with a text and email to give me approximate time. The driver was considerate as there was a car blocking my road. He waited while I knocked on doors to find the owner!! I got delivery date wrong, assuming kitchen was coming Monday but they actually say w/c from that Monday so that knocked my builders back a week. The kitchen is great quality. And finance agreement is perfect for my budget. Would recommend Wren
