The pastas were nice, but the pizza bottoms seemed prefab, which is quite a no no for a restaurant that claims to deliver an authentic Italian experience. The leading lady, owner of the establishment, is trying to be in full control, rather than empower her staff, which had a negative impact on our customer service and the overall atmosphere. Room for improvement, but not something that cannot be fixed.
