Up until today, I would have recommended them. We bought a Temper Pedic mattress Jan 26 and was told that we had 90 days to return it if we needed to. Had to keep it at least 30 days. My husband called today, Feb 23 to let them know that we would be returning it because I can not sleep on it. We were told that we can't return it for a refund by the same guy, Lee, who sold us the mattress and told us that we could. He told my husband that we can exchange it or get store credit. We have bought other things in the past from them but will not do business with them again. I hate that this happened because we always try to support our local businesses. But I will not be recommending The Furniture Shoppe in Henagar Al to anyone.

I bought a queen size mattress..paid almost 800.00 ...there was something bad wrong with it we could not sleep on each side...we rolled to the middle..n was nearly impossible to get off of it...l contacted them.n they said we dont take back used mattress...wouldnt even let me bring it to check it out..but yet he try to sell me one from the floor that hundreds of people had tried out...l would callbtgat used...they wasnt interested at all in finding out if it was defected...l was so mad...l said well how bough l bring it back n dump in at the front door...an he said ( we'll you'll still have to pay for it. ) l have 4,000 credit there n l wouldnt spend one dime because they wont stand behind ur stuff

Good quality furniture! Greeted as soon as you entered the door. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the quality of the furniture. We were very pleased with the service and the pieces of furniture that we purchased.
