I just started here at J and P but they have been great so far. The truck i was assigned to is clean and performs well and is fast enough to function well in traffic. Also has a refrigerater built in. Been driving 39 years and finally a company that rewards drivers with comforts. The bunk mattress is thick and soft which is great when its time to rest. Thank you for caring about your drivers J and P.

J & P Trucking Inc - I wish someone would investigate this company for possible fraudulent activities. They have played games with child support for the past two years. They send child support at the end of each month from the previous month and it falls on the next month which looks like the current month is actually all paid but they stay a month behind all the time. Dollar amounts that are not equal to the weekly child support garnishment. They will sometimes double up and send 2 payments and then will be 5 weeks later before another one is received. Child support called them and JP Trucking will tell them stories of how the driver is only part time and didn't make enough wages. I will send in copies to child support of his weekly pay stubs (several of them showing he always makes at least 40 hours) and the money gets taken weekly, but they continue to come up with stories. What is this company doing? Drivers, you may be told your getting a certain hourly wage, but you're really not because they are holding your money they should be paying out for you. Child support is charging you interest on every month not received by them and its a hefty amount. Maybe a news reporter would like to get their hands on this story and then maybe someone will investigate what their up to. It's not the Dad's that are dead beats but the greedy company wanting to make an extra buck in interest holding this money. It's about time this gets addressed and they're stopped from this. Can someone step in and investigate this company? Please !!!

Be nice if you would teach your drivers to find a parking place instead of sitting on the fuel aisle and going in shopping... Oh and using your cell phone while driving is illegal

This company is extremely sketchy. To any employee who has wage garnishments for child support or any other legal matters should pay close attention to whether or not the company sends their payments like they are suppose to. The company lies about how often you are paid, to get out of sending payments on a timely manner. Suppose to send payment weekly and has electronic payment options, but continues to be 3 to 4 weeks behind on each payment. They show on your pay stub its being garnished, but the company never sends it or takes the full amount of payment and only sends a very small portion for payment. When questioned about it, they make up stories, as to not being enough in your pay check for full amount to be deducted, but they deducted the full amount of garnishment from your pay. If they are doing this with your money you earn, what else are they doing behind your back? This company should be investigated. Looks like they are back to their old tricks and withholding payments but still deducting from paychecks. It appears they are buying new trucks from other posting on here. I hope you can sleep at night for the children that suffer because you can't do your job correctly and send payments per court orders. Nice, real nice.
