Stephen was great from the start. He returned my call immediately, listened to my issue and was able to get me in same day. He explained his process of troubleshooting and his rates which I felt were fair and accommodating and even sent me a link to his website so I could check out his credentials. He was prompt and courteous and explained everything he did so I could understand. He fixed the issue, checked his work and asked if there was anything else he could help with. Prompt, courteous, thorough and friendly! A in my book. I will be calling Stephen for all of my electrical needs and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Stephen!
