Jonathan and his crew did a great job with helping us identify a manufacturer that makes a garage door with pass-through pedestrian door, and the install went smoothly. It looks great! Ashley in the office was helpful in sorting out the details, and all in all we are very pleased with the look and feel of the door. Note - I did have to do a considerable amount of post-installation spackling/caulking/painting to get a more finished look since the trim etc. needed to be painted. That wasn’t necessarily discussed at the outset.
Henderson's is professional, polite, honest, and above all else helpful and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to get us scheduled for an inspection and quote. When our technician arrived, he sized up and clearly summarized the situation quickly. He was very helpful in explaining the issues we were having, and what may or may not need addressing in the future (Thanks again Derek, you were awesome!). The impression I got from Henderson's is that they just want to do a great job for you, and that speaks volumes. They won't try and upsell or oversell you on work that doesn't or shouldn't be done, and they'll be honest. Thanks again Henderson's! You've got my vote.
Derek was the tech that came out to my house to fix my door he was very polite and explained in detail what he was looking for as well as corrections that needed to be made. Very professional and will definitely ask for him again in the future if I need my garage door repaired or anything like that. Awesome job.
Derek synced my new car with our garage door opener and serviced our unit. He was early, friendly, very knowledgeable, and had some great suggestions. We have used Henderson Garage Door Services since 2012 at 3 different houses. We will continue to use them in the future.
