My husband went there about a year and a half ago and did not want to go back because the doctor was rude. Never heard anything about any bills due. Received a statement from his insurance that they paid for his visit. Only to receive a letter from collections that he owes them a bunch money for a visit? For what? Why have they not sent us a bill in a year and a half? Now we have to pay interest on top of the freaking amount that the collections agency says we owe. When we tried contacting them to find out why we owe this since insurance already paid for it they told us to refer to the collections agency. The collections agency says they have no clue. They are just collecting money. What a freaking joke!

I do not recommend this clinic. They have very poor customer service. The physician also has poor bedside manner. He was very offensive and I left the clinic in tears. I have never been to such an unprofessional clinic in my life. I have had two appointments there and I will not be returning.

Very thorough exam, thank you Dr Iqbal and team for you time and attention. Great customer service, runs on time, pleasant team, older office but superior care than that of other endocrinologists in Las Vegas.

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Not only do they take your money, they then turn you into collections, send the bill to the wrong address, they are the rudest staff I have ever encountered.
