Ken is a funny and likable lawyer who never disappoints when I’ve introduced him to people that need help with tax or probate issues. He is an accountant and a lawyer and his people are competent and friendly professionals. I’m always happy to see Ken or his crew, and for a lawyer with his reputation and experience, he is humble and charges people fair fees for the scope of work needed to be done. There are a lot of languages spoken in that office too! Amazing personal service and attention to detail.

My Uncle passed in July of 2020 due to heart failure. My brother and I are his only direct family and we both live in Alaska. After interviewing many firms, Ken's was the one I connected to. Not only was the team understanding, they were very clear from the beginning about the costs and time of having to get everything squared away because there was no will or trust. Ken and team were able to take care of all the legalities of the estate and went above and beyond handing thinks we weren't able to because of distance. We received at least an email a week on the progress of figuring out the next step. When my brother was able to meet face to face with Ken and his team, they were very professional and courteous. We can't thank them enough for doing so much for us while being so far away.

Mr. Ashworth and his team are the best. We went to them for estate planning and to create a trust for our father who is over 90 years old. Mr. Ashworth was very kind and patient, he and his team took the time to clearly explain the details, answer any questions we had and made any adjustments we asked for, no matter how minor it seemed. Everyone was so nice. We never felt like they were rushing us through any step of the process, they even made the signing/notarizing of all the documents enjoyable. And they handled notification to all the necessary government entities so we didn't have to figure our way through any of the bureaucracy. We highly recommend Ken R. Ashworth & Associates to anyone who may need legal work done, you always feel like you’re their most important client.

I had done my taxes with these people and they did a great job and were extremely nice. I wanted them to do my taxes this year but they would not get back to me or respond, I have no idea why I thought we had a good relationship. No matter what they are going to have to respond to my concern with my taxes I did with them and UT slapping a 600 late fee when I sent (or was under the impression) on time. They are going to have to explain that and look into it. I'm disappointed with the ghosting of a professional business that I had paid services for and wanted to continue using.
