I am pretty sure this place is closed, but I cannot figure out why people are still giving it 5 stars. I showed up twice, both times it was closed. The first time was 4ish on Monday, the sign read closed Sunday & Monday, so I came back during the hours listed the next day and it was still closed. No answer on the phones either. Sad because I would have been here all the time if it was actually open.

If you've ever said \there's nothing good on\ head over to Movies and Candy! They have over 21,000 movies on DVD, BlueRay and even VHS! It's the last remaining movie rental store in Nevada! If you can't find something to watch here, it doesn't exist! Forget about Redbox. Here you can hold the DVD case, read the description and the knowledgeable staff can answer any questions you have and even make recommendations when you're not sure what you want to see. They have movies from the 20's - today! You can also find many of your favorite TV series box sets. They have more than just mainstream movies too. A whole wall of really interesting horror, suspense and movies you'll never see on the movie streaming sites! Plus they have a cool theater in the back that you can rent out for parties, and special occasions. There are comfy reclining chairs for adults and tons of bean bag chairs for the kids. You can even rent it out for a romantic date night or just for your family to relax and not worry about tickets, lines, expensive concessions etc. Popcorn is included with the room rental. And for some great nostalgia, there are barrels of old school candy you can purchase by the pound or your everyday favorites like Twizzlers, Red Vines, Snickers, etc and lots of old time soda pop in actual glass bottles! Nothing beats the taste of a cold soda from a bottle. Prices can't be beat and the DVDs are always in great shape. You can pick out something for the kids, a movie for yourself, grab some sweets and you'll be set for the night! This is a must visit place in Henderson.

What a fun experience! Just like watching a movie in your own theater. It seems like they have pretty much any movie you could want. Just go and do it. You wont be disappointed... unless you choose a bad movie then it's your fault!
