I have been an employee of Virtual Guard since 2015. This is one of the most professional organizations I have worked for and they treat all of their clients and employees with respect. They are truly interested in getting the installation and service right and on the rare chance that they don't, they do everything they can to make it right. In today's world of Mega corporations, it refreshing to work for a company that cares.

Great People at Virtual Guard
My experience working at Virtual Guard has been horrible, working at VG is like a fish bowl effect, you will be constantly watched and listened to. Due to the new rules and regulations, you can not talk about anything! When you are given a shift, you are expected to stay quiet throughout the 6-8 hour shift doing one simple task which in many cases it’s impossible. Managment became worse and new guildlines are placed every time you clock in. This job is constantly a revolving door and you can be fired on the spot so there is no consistency when working. If I were you, stay far away from getting a job here cause you will be cursed at and ignored by managment for every little thing you do. Gods speed if you get a job here as layer A or B.
