Horizons installed my complete ac system a few years ago and I have had annual maintenance agreements ever since. The quality & cost of parts, labor and maintenance have been excellent. They keep my system running flawlessly & are always available. If you need ac and want worry free care, I recommend this company. The employees are very courteous and eager to assist.

Just started working. w/ Horizon. I had them come in and quote a Duct/Distribution project and even though I decided to do it myself they offered to help me with any details and may up and to fabricate any custom pieces that I may need. I was pretty impressed with this unusual support and as a result I have just signed a Maintenance Contract with them.
Horizon was very professional and courteous from start to finish! Will definitely use again! Work was done on-time and both tech and office were great to work with.
The service provider was on-time, repaired the unit temporarily until the parts could be ordered, and let me know what to expect in the future for the permanent repair. He could not have been more professional. Horizon is an outstanding company that treats their customers the way they should be and is highly recommended. Their customer service and repair personnel are phenomenal and are to be commended. Thanks again.
I got “reminder” call, and an “ on the way” call. Came in time. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Dwayne did a great job and changed my fire alarm battery which I can’t reach while on ladder for minisplit maintenance. Thank you
