My wife and I Stoped by in Feb 2021 to review their facilities for triming our lovebird feathers. We don't usually write bad reviews but felt compelled. The area where the birds are kept needed serious cleaning to the cages and floors. The birds looked sickly and sad. Would never purchase a bird from this store let alone let them clip our bird's wings. Not one of the store employees nor the customers wore masks and five people were gathered closely around the counter. If there was a score lower then one star, I would give them this grade - maybe F-.

Went on a family trip to the mountains (seven hours away from home). I managed to convince my husband to stop at the pet store to look at puppies, and we found the sweetest little pups! The employee that helped us was super patient and kind. We were allowed to hold the puppies we were interested in, and we ended up falling in love with a cream toy poodle. The employee explained the paperwork thoroughly, gave us a puppy take home bag, and told us about their health guarantee. Since we were heading home, he told us we could go to our vets office at home, and if there were any issues, to let them know immediately. We took the new pup to the vet the next day, and she was happy and healthy. She has been a wonderful addition to the family and gets along well with the other pets in the house and with our small children.

I absolutely love this store, very friendly and they have always displayed an interest in my needs, very clean everytime I've went in , can't wait to have my pups first bath there I know she will be very well cared for .

Well when it was on the other end of town great great place the owner was a nice guy and good to work with but now that it moved and a new owner has it it is like he don't remember even doing business with you and tells you he can't sale your pets because they was just a mixed breed and I and he workers and other people shopping and my people with me will all tell you he is not a good business man at all he won't u to give the pups to him and then he turns around and sales them for 800 / 900 hundred dollars and he is making alot of bank so salers / and buyer's beware the only reason I did not give them a 1 star is because there are still a few good people in there from the older store
