Working with Hendrick Acura on Independence was little to no hassle. Jarrod M. is a wonderful sales rep, communication was no issue. He made the buying process nearly seamless. Andrew the finance manager got me taken care of in a timely manner, while also taking the time to answer any questions I had keeping confusion at a minimum. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here, as I will again in the future. Keep Acura on your radar, the product and Dealer staff are pure quality.

We had a great experience at Hendrick Acura on Independence where we purchased a 2021 Acura RDX AWD in white with the tech package. The car is gorgeous and luxurious and we are please beyond belief with our new family car. Our sales rep was Mark Mahshie and he did an incredible job. He was personable and informative and made the whole experience shopping for our first ever new car one we enjoyed. I would highly recommend working with him. He spent so much time with us explaining the tons of features and technology of the car. Our finance person was Trenton Myers and he did a great job explaining all the financing and warranty options for us. If you are considering a new car I'd highly recommend checking out Hendrick Acura and speaking with both of these guys. In comparison to some other places we went to they weren't pushy or aggressive but made the whole experience a great one.
