The staff is always friendly and professional. The service area is clean and seating area adheres to social distancing guidelines and everyone is required to wear a mask. I always request the same Service Counselor. Justin Love is the best. He is a good listener, engaging and I trust him. He always seems to have my best interest at heart.

John-Paul provided a fantastic experience. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and timing associated with my service and repairs and kept me informed throughout. When I decided to go ahead with the repair needed he was able to get me a loaner car for the day. In addition, he made some suggestions on future repairs and explained why they were needed but told me they could wait till my next service appointment. Keep up the good work John-Paul

I purchased an X5 from Hendrick BMW two years ago and I continue to take it to the dealership for service because they're the absolute best. Mariana is wonderful to work with. She's friendly, efficient, and she makes the whole process really smooth. We always get a very nice loaner vehicle and they complete work quickly! I especially loved that they emailed me a video of the car's inspection and diagnosis so that I could see first hand what was going on.

Hendrix BMW on E Independence Blvd has restored my faith in car care customer service. I had the most impressive service that I have every had since owning a car in the last 20 years. To start, everyone acknowledges you and speaks to you when you walk in the door ready to assist. Secondly, I was blown away by the personality and willingness to assist by my Service Advisor, Saad Mubarak . Icing on the cake was receiving a video within an hour or so from drop off explaining their findings so I could see it. The expertise, timing and transparency has definitely made me a loyal customer.
