The customer service at Hendrick Collision was superb! They were friendly, professional and honest. My car was fixed in a timely matter and it looked fabulous! Working with Abbey and Justin was a pleasure. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their car to be well taken care of!

Absolutely horrible... I dealt with Randall.. He at first sounded very knowledgeable and friendly but after a few times of speaking with him, it's clear he's neither or he just doesn't care. The reviews for this business speak for themselves. My 2017 BMW was wrecked and I had it sent to this place based on the fact that I purchased the vehicle from Hendrick. It sat in the parking lot for two straight weeks before they even pulled it in to start the tear down and evaluation process.. Which took no more than a day to complete... Mind you Randall gave every lying excuse in the world as to why it wasn't pulled in sooner... The shop came up with approx 24k in damages and soon after the insurance company also came to that approx evaluation.. I just didn't trust the place at this point and I had my vehicle sent to Body Work's Plus for a second opinion... Long story short, they took a little longer than a week thoroughly tearing down my BMW and giving a proper evaluation and ultimately came up with 55k in damages to my vehicle.... My car was Totaled soon after by the insurance company. To me, that big of a difference in numbers is absolutely rediculous and it shows exactly why Hendrick luxury collision has such horrible reviews. I'm sure Rick Hendrick doesn't know what's going on here and I guarantee if he did he'd get it straight... Very surprised to get Such horrible service from a Hendrick facility. Makes me wonder how many vehicles they repaired and put back on the road, that just aren't properly repaired. It's scary to think that's exactly what would have happened to me if my gut didn't push me to get the second opinion.

Had a great experience here! The people were all so helpful, especially Dean and Chris! They didn’t leave me with any questions unanswered and everything was done correctly and in a timely manner! The best part was they did it with a smile on their face and didn’t make it seem like they were just doing because they had to but because they WANTED to help! 10/10 definitely recommend going here for any and all needs!

Hendrick luxury was a fantastic place to get my car repaired! They have very good techs and made my car look like I never got In an accident! I worked with Randal and Britney and was always in the loop! They never left me doubting and always kept me informed through the entire process. Great place and great people.
