We received a letter from Hendry in the mail, stating they could help remove our mortgage insurance. I had been trying to find a good company and I figured I would reach out. I was very straight forward that I wanted no funny business and Scotty replied back ASAP. I was impressed by his answers and set up a meeting. We had our information into him and they were able to push through an application within 3 days. Hendry Home Mortgage helped my fiance and I get rid of our FHA mortgage insurance by helping us refinance! We already had a great rate, and Scotty and his family office was able to help us stay at the about the same rate while removing our mortgage insurance completely. You do have to go through an appraisal (that fee is out of pocket) but well worth the cost of removing FHA mortgage insurance. The Hendry office uses a mortgage loan processing service. The processing service could use a little help in being more clear about additional documentation they need, but I would text Scotty and he would let me know exactly what was needed very fast. All in all, we got our refinance done within about a month of me starting the process. I think it was extremely fast (I was well prepared with all the documentation possibly needed before hand, so if you are not prepared it might take longer). They have great follow through. Thanks again!
