Poor after sales service/support a selective approach to any communication and its acknowledgement or even reply which is downright rude obnoxious and poor service. Like to blame covid for pretty much anything and everything and will try and make accusation against you for anything they can think of. Dont like to put right or take ownership of there poor service/workmanship Edit** I find it somewhat disappointing that you continue to make false and malicious allegations and continue to rudely ignore my other forms of communication to yourselves this further highlights the poor service !!

Spoke to Vantastec about a conversion as well as the franchise options they have. Rather than tell me why their investment was better they spoke almost entirely about why the competition was rubbish which I felt was completely unprofessional. I also asked for a quote on a vehicle conversion and after numerous calls and emails I decided to give up perusing Vantastec for services as they just are completely unresponsive, dont reply to emails and forget to call you back.

Whilst I initially gave this company a 5 star review when I purchased my vehicle I have now had second thoughts due to there after sales service. Promise after promise to send me a replacement parking sensor kit, which never worked from the beginning saying it was sent was utter rubbish, almost a year at once we purchased and issue still not resolved. Maybe my initial experience was good but back up and after sales service is shocking.
