We provide SMEs with the finances to purchase assets and/or resources that are required for a specific purpose such as to fulfil new sales orders, contracts or other specific revenue generating events. We are a credible alternative to conventional institutional lenders. Individual investments are available between £50,000 and £300,000 and may be advanced in agreed tranches. If an opportunity is dependent upon syndication with another party, we will consider this on an individual basis. All monies advanced will be secured against assets. The level of security required is commensurate with the level of risk perceived by us. The Fund is fully regulated and enjoys Gateley LLP as an equity Partner. Preferred sectors for investment include: Engineering Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing Advanced Materials Cleantech IT Infrastructure Oil & Gas, Renewables We will not consider investing in Property, Distressed Assets, Research Projects or Long Term Debt Facilities. Funds are advanced for a period not exceeding 12 months. A single one-off Arrangement Fee is levied at the time that monies are advanced. The Arrangement Fee covers the cost of all legal and financial services required by Mantua Capital. No further fees are levied, We take a light touch approach to monitoring our investment, but do require monthly financial and management reports
