I've been with the practice for a couple of years now having recently moved to Henley. The reception staff are really outstanding - they gave me a warm welcome to the surgery and to Henley and they are always friendly and efficient to talk to on the phone. The Doctors are extremely professional and you have the sense that they genuinely care. I would say the practice is the best I've attended over the years.

2 of the GPs are fantastic hence the 2 stars ..... however the place that they work leaves a lot to be desired.... communication is terrible/non existent and good look trying to actually book an appointment near on impossible.

Appalling service and communication. A patient I care for recently phoned the practise asked for a doctor to telephone her back as she was too ill to travel. The doctor never called back. A few days later the patient collapsed on her bathroom floor and was rushed into hospital in a life threatening condition. She phoned the medical centre again today asking for advice on a regular prescription which is no longer available. The receptionist assured her that a doctor would phone her back today. I have recently moved to Henley in Arden and joined the medical centre i have to say the reception staff and and care ive received has been excellent and Doctor Taylor has in one app given me great confidence to talk about and seek help with some very personal issue's. I cant speak highly of them enough and would recommend this centre to anyone moving to the area.
