Clarity – Understanding the financial and contractual ‘idiosyncrasies’ (some might say pitfalls) present in sectors like Telecoms, Copiers and Utilities mean we are able to properly audit and assess current contracts…plus deliver better value on future agreements. Control – At any one time the Argent Partnership is engaged in reviewing, negotiating or finalising new? contracts across a wide range of non-core cost areas. Contract reviews aren’t carried out in isolation but in context and comparison with hundreds of others. I am not sure this sentence makes sense and we don’t compare hundreds of reviews for each contract. Continuity - Change isn’t always good. It can be disruptive, time consuming and counterproductive. When clients have a long-standing and good relationship with a supplier but we know the prices or service levels are out of kilter with the market our objective is simple; to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Not always the case. The Bottom Line - Clients are offered a level of Clarity and expertise which is difficult to achieve in-house together with a level of Control borne of real time market price and service data and where applicable a desire to retain Continuity of supplier – which results in every case in improved costs and service.
