Huge thank you to Anthony, Stephen and Kevin! They turned a horrible week of car shopping to a pleasant purchase. Very straight forward crew, which was refreshing to say the least. Words could not explain or paint the picture how GREAT these guys are. I drove past 3 other Acura dealers to get to Crown Acura and would do it again in a heartbeat. Ill be back for sure!

Very pleased with our experience. So happy we drove there to look for a new car. Huge selection. Matt our sales rep did a excellent job. The follow ups they give are a plus as well.
Sales team headed by Dave Burks was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and listened to us well throughout the buying process which was most pleasant. Anthony Easter, Kevin Johnson, Matt Perry and Josh Alford were there as needed and were very easy to deal with. I have bought more than 30 new cars in the last 50 years and the Crown Automotive experience was the best.
Purchase process was pretty good. Delivery was excellent. Post-sales interaction has been terrible. 1) Still have not received the difference between the certified check I paid with (incorrect amount quoted over the phone for purchase) and the actual purchase price 23 days post-sale. 2) still have not received a readable, final bill of sale after multiple requests, and 3) both key fobs don't work, and I have been waiting 10 days on a request for resolution on this issue. Still no response or resolution from Sales Manager or Salesperson on these issues.
Mike Mereu is Service Advisor to our 2014 & 2019 RDX’s. He provides reliable information regarding our cars and their maintenance needs. We purchase everything from Mike, including tires. The good service is consistent, tires and installation are first rate, wheels balanced properly, alignment is accurate, and they make certain that the vehicle is safe to drive. Mike ensures that the service is prompt and that the vehicle is clean upon its return. A loaner vehicle is provided whenever needed. Mike provides outstanding customer service and he values my time. Great service is one reason we purchased another new vehicle from Crown Acura. Our whole experience has been great. And we love driving our Acuras.
