Easy adoption and great service. I adopted a cat from here and fell in love instantly. Currently am only able to own one kitty with where I’m living at but once I get my own place I’ll for sure be coming back to see a new kitty to adopt to keep my first one some company . Thank you!

Found this cute dog on Airline RD on a Wednesday. I called rescue they said to call animal control and they would pick him up on Monday. I called animal control Monday morning they said they put the dog down. I think because it was a pit bull mix but they said the dog would not keep food down and would not move. When I found the dog the leash was attached and he came to me and we waited until animal control showed up and the animal tech gave him a can of food and he was doing great. I will never call animal control again!!

I'm only giving 4 stars because I didn't actually go into the building. I came to meet the HELP Spay Neuter truck. The gentleman who came out to say hello and make sure we knew where the truck was to park was very friendly, I saw a lovely office cat through the window, and the kennels that can be seen from the parking lot were clean and had friendly dogs waiting for forever homes. Also, it's very easy to find.

This animal shelter is TRAGIC! Literally took my babies AND my emotional support animal WITHOUT my permission. They then proceed to tell me I have to pay 110 to get all of them out but will not be giving my kitten back. I promise you they will be hearing from my lawyer. Literally all of them have the NASTIEST attitudes.I wish I could give 0 stars.

Service is timely and efficient. No hassle and easy adoption. If you cant afford food or adoption fees.They work with you. They are not interested in profit or time waste. Their goal is to place animals in homes ASAP. I respect that!
