Good care every time I've used the service apart from one person that was unprofessional (would be 5 stars otherwise). Reception are always helpful. I think the service must have changed the past year because I have always been able to request repeat prescriptions over the phone and if not offered an appointment I at least get offered a GP call back.

Always extremely polite, and helpful and caring especially in this difficult time for everyone, please think about the pressure they are all under ,from the receptionist, nurses and doctors before slating them because you cannot get through on the telephone, they have hundreds of patients to see and listen to, so be patient and understanding.
