I have never met a more condescending Bank staff than the four people that were in this Bank. I needed simple customer service and these ladies and gentlemen were just all shoulders. The assistant manager even insulted my intelligence by suggesting that I couldn't comprehend what he was saying when I was just trying to ask a simple question. They need customer service training so they know how to deal with customers who may have an issue or a problem.
