The furnace wasn't working this morning. And the thermostat screen was black. I called at about 8am and they were able to send a technician out less than two hours later. He discovered that the water detection sensor in the crawlspace had shut off the system. He is the same gentleman who had recommended the sensor less than a year ago. He saved me so much trouble. He unstopped the water line and installed a new filter. There was a puddle but his advice saved me from a flooded crawlspace. I highly recommend this company.

We have a maintenance contract with HR and have used them for our heating and air repair and maintenance for over 15 years. The technicians are very polite and knowledgeable. Our last 2 visits, however, have resulted in a missed cracked tubing resulting in a water leak on the floor and a missed waste pump float being stuck also resulting in a water mess. Both times they returned in a timely manner and fixed the issues.
