Brian and his team did an excellent job completely remodelling our garden in spite of challenging weather and other factors. It was a complete overhaul and removal of what we had and completely new garden created. Brian had lots of different ideas and designs for us to think about. We were over the moon with the end result, would recommend.

We contacted Hepburn Landscaping to fit composite decking along one end of our back garden, whilst the rest would remain grassed as it was. As the garden is on a slope, it was a challenge. However, Brian was confident that he could fit in the decking without the need for too many level changes. Unfortunately Brian underestimated the amount of work that was required to fit the decking into the existing ground levels and therefore needed to rejig the ground levels across the garden. This involved spreading soil across the grassed area of our garden to raise the ground level. We accepted this on the grounds that the soil would be properly prepared and re-seeded with a spreader once the decking was complete. However at the end of the job, the grass seeds were unevenly scattered across the garden by hand (in the dark using a mobile phone torch) over soil that hadn't been properly prepared and as a result the seed did not take. We are now left with a garden that has decking along one side; however the rest of the garden is essentially covered with mud, stones and debris therefore unusable. At the start of the job, Brian asked for a deposit and balance on completion. That subsequently changed halfway through the job and we were asked to pay more than 50% to secure delivery of the composite decking. On completion of the decking we made the full payment in good faith as Brian and his team were working to finish the job on Christmas Eve. Brian said he would come back in the New Year to sort out the issues with the grass seeding, however we have not heard from him despite sending him several messages. The soil laid over our previously grassed area will need to properly prepared and seeded again so we can use the back garden. Although the decking work has been completed, it has adversely affected the rest of our garden. As Brian hasn't tried to resolve this we are sadly not able recommend Hepburn Landscaping.

Asked Hepburn Landscaping for a quote on some work needing done around my property. After cancelling on me Brian then turned up late on rhe rescheduled night. He seemed helpful with ideas and told me he would e-mail me some pics of types of slabs and then give me a quote......not heard from Brian since. Sent some messages and told by Deborah this would be looked into......again not heard from anyone since.

Brian and team did a fantastic job with our garden which was in a horrible state. They not only reworked our slab patio to a usable space but it now looks brand new. Our garden (which had stumps, gravel, various rubble and weeds) has been brought back to life thanks to Hepburn Landscaping. Deborah kept us well informed through out the work and our short wait. Very professional team and well worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hepburn Landscaping to anyone in need of landscaping.
