Ordered a silver hip flask funnel online; delivery was swift, communication from Andrew and his wife was great. The price was competitive but for me, the stand out experience was the customer service (it is a rare thing these days for customer service to be at the forefront of a business, however, this is the case with Andrew!) The piece is pure art; sturdy, beautiful to look at and built to last. My only regret is I live too far away to visit in person, if their face to face service is anything like their online service... You will not be disappointed. First time customer, shall not be my last purchase! Thank you Andrew!

Andrew's wife Linda was so friendly and helpful, they sourced the perfect items and went the extra mile to ensure we received them in time. Andrew and Linda were both wonderfully helpful today. My fiancé and I were shopping for wedding rings today and wanted to find them in an independent (in the current climate it's really important to support small businesses) and I'm so very happy to say we found my wedding ring! Andrew started by showing us the usual wedding bands, but after explaining that I wanted something a bit out of the ordinary, he showed me another tray of exactly what I was looking for. And I found the perfect ring. It complements my engagement ring beautifully and I didn't find anything else like it in any of the other multiple shops we tried afterwards. Amazingly, the ring fitted perfectly and I went back to purchase it a few hours later after checking elsewhere. Thank you so much Andrew and Linda for being so welcoming and friendly! Would highly highly recommend this shop!

I very quickly recieved some photos from Andrew which enabled me to choose what I required. Payment over the phone and collected the following day. There is something quite special about visiting an independent jewelers as you know that many of the pieces you are looking at are unique, that item has taken more time, used more craftsmanship/skill, and the detail is always clear to see. So myself and my fiance are out looking for wedding rings and we need them for 6 weeks time (left it late i know) We have been to many jewelers before but andrew and his wife are lovely. The shop is gorgeous and for any magpie like me you will want to spend hours looking at their beautifully crafted collection of jewellery and silverware. I know its not going to be my last time visiting this gem of a place. We arrived last thing on a sat (with covid they close at 2pm on a sat which is totally understandable but we didn't know) and even tho they were about to close they still let us in to see if they could help us find what we were looking for and i am so happy and glad they did. I wanted something to hug my engagement ring so both would fit together with no gap (this is a hard task). But with their wisdom, experience and truly beautiful stock in no time i had two options, in the same 18ct white gold of my engagement ring! No other jewelers I have visited has even come close to achieving that. My partner has also been fitted and has picked a chunky platinum band that is stunning and weighty and a fraction of the price of buying brand new which they are sizing for free with a proper experience to go with it we are both chuffed to bits. Would highly recommend this place and can't wait to come have a nosy when we are able to collect our rings which will be after this lockdown but I know its all in safe hands. Thank you both for a lovely memory.
