Initial call answered by friendly receptionist ....appt made & explicit directions given. Arrived early as unsure of traffic....no problems as directions spot on....phoned reception as requested...cheery response & admitted by very pleasant chap within minutes! Previous patients had also arrived early so was seen immediately for micro suction. Done & dusted within 10mins. Easy flowing experience....would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. The Hereford clinic is easy to find and has customer parking immediately outside. The waiting room is very clean and tidy, although there was no waiting as the appointment was right on time. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous and the reception process was straightforward. The earwax removal process involves up to 3 methods and is extremely efficient, the clinician being very pleasant and experienced. The cost for 2 ears was very competitive.
