Paid 20,000 for an electronic gate that breaks down regularly. Posts have split. Patchwork ‘Osmo’ coating. Lead oxide staining on panels. Company refuse to travel 100 miles to repair my gate. Appalling non responsive, non existent ‘Customer Service’. Company owner suggests I ‘look elsewhere’ for remedy. If you are searching for high quality, reliable electronic oak gates I suggest you follow the owner’s advice and ‘look elsewhere’. If I could give a zero star review I would.
