My partner and I came to Pepe’s desperate for food after missing lunch and we pretty much stopped at the first eatery we found... We got super-lucky. The food was really good (with far richer flavour than a more well-known competitor), it was freshly-cooked for us, the prices were competitive and the store was clean. We couldn’t ask for more... Apart from the gentleman running the front of house (18th September) - he was simple superb. Such a nice guy and some of the best customer service we have had in years. He was a great ambassador for your brand. We are not a family that would usually choose to eat out in a fast food chain but he and the rest of the staff converted us to Pepe’s!
I go to pepes regularly in Birmingham. But was working in Hereford today, ordered prime Pitta and it tasted 10/10, succulent chicken. Ordered mix of flavours and it actually tasted better than other branches
We ordered food last week through Uber eats. The food was delicious and came very promptly. We ordered the family deal which came with a whole chicken, chicken wings, 2 portions of chips and a box of rice. We chose the lemon and herb sauce and the hot. This was very enjoyable and filled us all up. We will definitely order again :)
Not a very good quality of food, it was like they took out from the steamer and put sauce on it and served it to the customer and it’s very expensive food compared to other. customer service is very very slow and the guy who served me he does not even know how to speak English and has a rude attitude, I use to go their quite often at the beginning but not anymore, it’s not like how use to be.
