I purchased a mountfield princess 34 cordless mower in March. All was fine until the rear roller fell in two. I have repeatedly mailed after sales for help, only after I got PayPal involved did I receive a response. Yet even now the fault has not been fixed. Deal with this company at your peril. They are great at selling you the product, after that you are on your own.

They helped me to buy a battery-operated strimmer ( agricultural size not a domestic one ). I came away with a Honda which has been perfect so they made a good recommendation. They give informed advice. Large range of gardening, forestry equipment, more towards the \professional\ end but all good quality. Car parking outside. Near to train station and bus station. Good web page with details of their products, and a feedback facility.
