They provide the worst renting service ever experienced. After the visit to the apartment, the next day we emailed to send us the contract. No one responded back for 4 days and then when we called they said, oh its rented. Landlord chosed someone else. Zero professionalism as the person dealing with could have forwarded our request to rent or contacted back to inform. Overall rule is to rent the person who asks and came first but they work as whosever face the landlord will like. Pathetic!!!!!

This is a very unprofessional real estate agency. They don’t respond to mails, calls and are in general very unaware and mismanaged. Best to avoid this company if you can, has caused us a lot of worries and issues that could easily be avoided by some professionalism.

I rented a room in one of Syus’s properties from September 2018 to September 2019. Basing on my experience, I completely NOT recommend Syus: •\tAfter I cleaned my room perfectly and returned my keys in September 2019, they promised me to fully return my deposit very soon. However, I have waited for more than two months but I still did not get my deposit. To try to get my deposit back, I wrote them two emails and called them more than five times, but they just ignored me! •\tWhen I was living there, they entered my room to show it to potential tenants WITHOUT INFORMING ME at least twice. I think they care nothing about their customer service. For anyone considering renting, buying, or investing, BE CAUTIOUS!

I have lived at this address for over five months and am happy here. The building is modern and cosy, very convenient place - right next to the train station, in the heart of the city with a lot of facilities. Some nights may be a bit noisy since there are a lot of students in the building, though it doesn't cause a huge problem

I stayed in the one of Syus building. I am fully satisfied with service they provided. The only company which respond to any issues pop-up during weekends. Before renting each apartment is passing inspection and cleaning. It was save and good place to stay.

I rented a studio with this company and was very happy with the way they responded on questions, the politeness and the 24/7 accessibility. They even helped me with financial things which can be very difficult when you come from another country. Renting with this company was a pleasure and i would not hesitate to rent from them again. For me, the passed cum laude!

Ik heb 3 jaar een studentenkamer bij Syus gehuurd en ben zeer tevreden over de service van het bedrijf. Via mail kreeg ik steeds onmiddellijk antwoord en aan de telefoon was men altijd zeer vriendelijk en probleemoplossend. Ook de afhandeling bij vertrek is zeer vlot verlopen. Ik kan vanuit mijn ervaring Syus sterk aanbevelen voor de huur van een studentenkamer.

Toch geen beste ervaring gehad op veel vlakken. Te weinig respect voor privacy. Ineens komt men onaangekondigd en schaamteloos binnen in de kamer met bezoek. Niet 1 keer, maar zeker 3 keer gebeurd, zowel bij het intrekken als bij het verlaten van de kamer. Minimale (juiste) communicatie. Een aantal valse beloftes zoals een brievenbus die er niet was. Geen (wettelijk verplichte?) rookmelder. Regelmatig problemen met verwarming en warm water. Huurwaarborg komt zeer laattijdig terug op de rekening en pas na meermaals aandringen. Ik ben toch teleurgesteld.
