The doctors have no empathy. If you can't pay immediately, you won't get help, even if your pet is dying. Unprofessional, careless, negligent. Didn't write down all of our cats symptoms, then blamed it on one of their collegues who they refused to name. They gave us an appointment and then refused to let us in because it was a holiday. One of the doctors actually directly blamed us. Our cat died after days of suffering and they didn't seem to care unless they got paid. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
