I will begin with the positives: Eve V.R. was very friendly, helpful and competent and led me through the first half of buying a house, also the lady at the reception was very nice (5 stars). The notary Schaeken herself was professional, and made a bit of effort to appear interested (4 stars). Jeroen C. has zero insight into how his actions (like late response to important financial questions) feel to the clients. He is also barely able to fill in the blanks correctly, so there are mistakes and even that he does at the last moment (1 star). I will search for another notary should I need one in the future. Here it's a bit of lottery who do you get to deal with and who ultimately works on your case.
