I went in to have a cleaning, which my insurance covers completely. I was told I needed a “deep cleaning” which would cost nearly 400 dollars. They refused to perform a regular cleaning, after over an hour of other things I didn’t ask for. I’m going to do my best to make sure that my insurance company doesn’t pay them.

Came here for a cleaning/exam and found a great dentistry location with knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly staff. Even as someone with anxiety about visits normally, I felt a bit more comfortable here and was treated with care and respect!

I have been to Heritage Family Dentist now a few times since moving to Frisco. I have had a crown, 3 fillings and a deep cleaning. Going to the dentist my whole life has been a dreaded task...but 2 people at this office make my trips great! Yama (assistant when I got my crown) and Ellyn (does my cleanings) are so FUN and Caring. They cut the tension with laughter and stories. They make me feel part of the family. I now cant wait to go to the dentist to see these amazing ladies who make every trip better. I would highly recommend Heritage and make sure you ask for Yama and Ellyn!

Had some initial issues with the lab on cosmetic dentistry but Dr. Nguyen and his assistant were very good about resolving the issue to my satisfaction. Overall very pleased with the final outcome.
