We had a routine service on our Discovery carried out in December. A couple of days later a message appeared stating the diesel exhaust fluid was low and needed refilling. About a week later we had a flat tyre and discovered the spare tyre was only pressurised to 20psi. Both of these items had been ticked off as actioned on the job sheet supplied with the invoice. I contacted Heritage and asked why these basic service items had been charged for but not completed. The response was “I’ll address the concern directly with my workshop manager”. I did receive a 50 refund off the bill but no comment on why I was charged for work that wasn’t done. This doesn’t inspire confidence in a company that charges 192 per hour for labour.
