Everything was so professional yet we felt so at ease from the moment we walked through the door everything was taken care of. Even after our service was completed you continue to follow through making sure we are alright. Above and beyond personal care! The icing on the cake was the Love of God is felt through it all!

They are a very caring group of people, answered all of my questions and took care of so many things to completion - I had no idea they did so much!

Heritage Memorial Funeral Home provided most excellent service to our family when my father passed away. All of the employees were caring and compassionate and went out of their way to meet our every need. We never felt pressured to purchase anything other than what we asked for. Andy Pickens was in charge of Daddy’s services and he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone.

My funeral director name is Zachary. He was very helpful and guided me through the entire process. On times when Zach was not at the facility other employees stepped in and answered any and every question I had. This was the first time I’ve ever had to plan something like this; although, the situation was heartbreaking they made it a little easier. I want to thank the entire staff so much for all their help!

Claude Lewis, our Dad, passed May 10, 2020. Everyone had been quarantined because of the Covid Virus for months, and most funerals had been immediate family only, graveside service at best. Churches were closed, crowds could not gather in any municipal facility. We walked into Heritage, with masks on, not knowing what could be done. Dave Davidson met us at the car, we immediately felt at ease, we were in good hands. Dave introduced us to the young man, Zach Ivester, who would be in charge of our affairs, responsible for our Dad. Planning a funeral is almost more than the mind can take, made even more daunting during this Covid crisis. By the time our first meeting with Zach had ended, we knew he would make Dad’s day special. With Covid rules changing daily, Dad’s service had to be changed several times, places and dates. May 18 we had the most endearing, heartwarming service a person could have. It began with a bagpipe at a ballpark and ended with a child hitting balls off a Tee. We know Dad was smiling. We appreciate the true effort put in by the Heritage staff, their concern for our family, their respect for our Dad. Thank you Zach, Thank you Dave, Thank you Josh your Heritage staff made us feel like family. With love and respect for each of you, Maria and Dona
