We are officially an all Subaru family! Last year I leased a 2019 Subaru Legacy from this dealership and last week we purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester. The Subaru experience; quality, performance, and reliability is a given. But the people at this particular dealership are the main reason we drove home in a fully loaded Subaru last week. The general manager Shawn Davie is exceptional to work with and is honest and fair. We met him last year and he was very personable and clearly cares about the reputation of the dealership. If you had a bad experience for some reason, talk to Shawn, he will correct it and set things on the right path. Just for peace of mind we also gave Toyota a chance, they played games with our trade in value and with the price of a 2021 Rav4. I was already not impressed with the vehicle but the experience really drove us with confidence that Subaru of OM deserves our business and again the vehicles are top quality. Shawn Davie gave us a very fair amount for our trade in right away. Gave us a fantastic price on our new vehicle as well. Alex Laderer one of the sales associates was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was a big reason we had a smooth experience from test drive to driving home in our new car. We highly recommend you seek out Alex for your Subaru experience.

I am so thankful for Pam! She helped me answer questions before the meeting as well as on the lot. I was looking for a newer car since my 1999 wasn't able to leave the state without breaking. The staff are OUTSTANDING! I really enjoyed how they were ready to answer any questions that I had. Pam really made the car buying experience AMAZING! I am so thankful to Heritage Subaru Owings Mills, especially Greg Jacobson. My family has been coming to Greg for many years and we have always received over-the-top care. When discussing our new transaction, Greg responded to me on his days off to make sure we had all our questions answered and felt completely comfortable and confident through the process. We just leased two new 2021 Subaru Outbacks to replace the two 2018 Subaru Foresters we leased from this dealership a back in August of 2018. My wife and I weren't even planning on thinking about new cars yet since we have two young kids at home who we didn't want to bring to the dealership during covid but Greg reached out and offered to bring the cars out to test-drive remotely and they delivered the the Outbacks to our home and picked up the Foresters when all the paperwork was done (thank you Alex Laderer!). I was very pleased and impressed with Santos Mendez, my sales associate who helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle. Keep in mind that I live in a different state (10 hours driving distance from the dealership). I called Santos and after expressing my sincere interest in the vehicle, I said I am buying a one way airline ticket to fly to Maryland so I can test drive the vehicle enforce making a final purchase decision. When I arrived the next day, Santos had all the paperwork ready and he reserved the car, given the fact that he realized how serious I was. He even declined another offer on the car, respecting the fact that I had already booked my ticket to fly over and see the car. I respect that. Thank you Santos for a great service and for your professionalism.
