Bought a set of used tires. Tires are fine. 3 months later one started going flat. Valve stem leak around base. They never cleaned the rust around it. Took it back they put a new one on. But didn't clean the rust around the hole. I'm sure it will leak again soon. Now the other tire is doing the same thing. Lazy or incompetent?

I had. A tire that was loosing air and it already had 2 patches on it so i thoufht id have a new one put on so i did but my lease on my car is up in april so i wish i had of just had it repaired because i had to pay over 200 dollars. For a new one the old one had a nail in it
