John and his team, James and Scott created such a beautiful parquet floor for us, so much so that we immediately ordered a second one. The craftsmanship and quality in both floors and the installation of them are outstanding. We are incredibly happy customers. John’s advice whilst deciding which flooring to use was invaluable. The right choice for ourselves and our home was certainly achieved. Never having had anything like this before we had lots of questions and John explained everything as he went along which we found very reassuring. Quality product. Quality installation. Just Quality.

John is a true craftsman; he is passionate about his work, calm under pressure and takes the time to make sure he delivers a professional, quality job. We are over the moon with our parquet floor which John laid in our new kitchen and extension. We had a solid vision of the 'look' we were trying to achieve and John helped guide and educate us to help get there. The process took longer than your average floor but the final result was more than worth the wait. John worked day and night to prepare the floor, lay each individual wooden block and then sand, polish and oil it to perfection. We were left with a beautiful floor which makes us smile every day as well as a cleaning kit and instructions on how to ensure the wood ages gracefully. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his company Heritage Wood Floors.
