Bought a LED TV today. Went Big Center Elgiganten to buy a Philips 50 inch TV and the staff helped me to make a decision and get a better deal with a 55 inch Samsung TV. Ofcourse I had to increase my budget and couldn't decline the offer because my wife was with me .

Very bad experience,went to buy a phone.i was looking at some phones and the salesman approach me and kept saying that these phones are expensive,like he can see through my wallet.After I picked a phone he was very reserved and doubtful and I told him I have a job too.After that he offered to give me an insurance package for the phone,really??? Now I can afford that? Wow! He didn't even know to explain the characteristics of the phone!Very disrespectful and untrained for this job!

I would actually like to rate it 0 stars. We had a terrible experience last week. We couldn’t find a monitor that the website said was at the location - so we asked the “salesman” for computers. He looked and sounded annoyed, and definitely did not want to be there or help us. He slowly walked around looking for it, found the wrong one and unboxed it unwillingly (because normally one wants to see a product costing around 2.000kr before just buying it??) and it was the wrong screen. He slowly proceeded to looking for the right one and just gave it to us annoyed and wanting to stop serving us. We didn’t even get to see it because he didn’t want to open the box. So we left the box and went across the street to Power where we got amazing help and service and bought it there ️ We will continue to support Power instead. To any retail managers reading this, you should really pay focus on training your sales staff - they seem very unmotivated and uncaring to service customers, would probably explain all the negative reviews for this location.

I ask one person for a small discount and he brushes me off with a no. I go to another person and I get great service and a small discount. For me it is not about the amount I save, it is the service and the satisfaction that I did get a discount.
