Fantastic people that work with you to find appartment or property for rent, I found clean a ford able appartment in a short time. Would use them again if staying in the Hermiston area.

Their is little to say that is fair about this place... They were nice enough to work with us on rent after my husband's accident... We moved in with a 1200 dollar deposit... 30 days after move out we are being told we owe them money... They charged us : 166.25 for 5 hours of cleaning, 120.00 for carpet cleaning (they do themselves), 105.00 for repair labor, 100.00 for supplies, 100.00 for patching holes (which were there when we moved in), 7.00 for new drip pans and 632.00 in rent... This all adds up to 1223.25... If you look at the pictures there is not much difference in condition (ie. the stove)... Also, I will openly admit that that I owed for the last months rent and the carpet cleaning I agreed to be charged... But HOLY CRAP... I am very disappointed at their lack of honesty... I told the gal that inspected and said we would get some of our deposit back I would believe that when I see it and if I did get anything back I would give them a good public review... GUESS WHAT... Here is your public review and it even have pictures... I don't recommend people to rent from this company... Just for those reading... When the window picture with the silver ford in the window, that is a different set of pictures from when I moved in... Wish there was a way to separate into different files...
