Great and friendly staff! Clean and neat storage units.
I called online to reserve a storage unit and they gave me a flat price manager called me back to verify that I was coming tonight yes I picked the place because of the price it was a little out of the way but I didn't have much of a choice. When I got there they wanted to add on fees for insurance which they didn't bother to tell bother to tell me about on the phone. So you give me a price on the phone why wouldn't you inform me that I needed that extra 12 a month. Before I got all the way down there you would think that it would be written into the price if it's no option to decline the insurance. I loaded up my truck got all the way down there and wouldn't take the storage unit because I didn't think it was right for them not to tell me up front. Now I have to speak to the manager I was told he was on vacation I asked for the owner's phone number I was told I couldn't have it I couldn't get a phone number at all he refused to give me a phone number to call and talk to somebody I think it's something that they should be putting on there website like all the other companies do. I really wouldn't recommend them at all unfortunately the 12 was enough but not to give me the manager's phone number or the owner's phone number that was just plainly we don't care.
This is a great place to go for storage.I visited a couple weeks ago and everything was clean and the prices honestly are not that bad considering the quality of the place. The Property manager really is the reason I will refer people here. I could tell he was going through something but he was so kind and courteous. He made sure I knew everything about renting a unit and made me feel welcome. I will definitely come back !
This is a great facility!! Nice, clean, and well organized. The property manager that assisted me explained everything very clearly and was nice and well mannered. This place is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!! Its also indoor, climate controlled, and accessible 24 hrs. They real helped me out!! Go check them out!!
