All of my toilets suddenly stopped working, of course this stuff always seems to happen on weekends. I called Mike Scott Plumbing around 11AM on a Saturday morning explaining my problem and surmising that my septic tank apparently needed to be pumped out. They scheduled a window of time between 3PM & 7PM, at 5PM I received a call from the pump truck operator, Woody who told me he would be here at 6PM and arrived promptly at 6PM. Although I knew the location of the tank he located the two access doors immediately and pumped it clean in no time. Woody was a nice employee who cared about making a good impression and explained the entire process, replaced the sod and all at a reasonable price.

Not happy with billing procedure. Tech arrived, equipment did not work. Paid 77 for about 10 minutes of work. Tech said no problem, will come back next week, you won't need to pay for an additional call. Will only charge 75. When the work was done, tech said sorry, my mistake. Charged the full amount, 150. We believe businesses should honor their word. We will look for another plumber.
Called and someone said they would have a service tech call me. Hadn't heard anything in over a week so I called back and held for a half an hour before I had to end my lunch hour. Called the next day and the lady placed me on hold and then hung up on me after 2 minutes.
I used Mike Scott Plumbing for my new build and saying we are impressed is an understatement! MSP offered so many services that we needed for our house and it was nice to get a lot of things done through one company. They did our new plumbing construction as well as septic, gas, and irrigation. We went to both of their showrooms to pick out all our fixtures, sinks and tubs. Finally now we've been moved in for a couple months and everything turned out gorgeous.
Anthony and Kate came to my home very promptly and professionally. Did a great job finding the issue and very proficiently changed out my Hot Water heater and had my hot water ready to go in just a short period of time. Great couple of workers. Would recommend to everyone looking to get work done by these tqo.
