We got the RT-PCR test fir travel purposes and got results within 48 hours right on time as promised. Excellent customer service. Quick appointment, easy testing, and fast on time results for our international travel purposes. I went to this facility to get a covid test done. At first I asked for the rapid test. The attendant told me that not airlines accepted that and suggested I take the regular PCR test which unfortunately took 2-3 days. I would miss my flight if it came back in 3 days. If it came back in two, I would make it. The attendant assured me that he would do everything possible to get it to me within two days by flagging it in the system. He made me understand that it wouldn’t guarantee it but he would personally do everything possible. Sure enough I got it in 2 days and made my flight! I am impressed because this individual went out of his way to help when there were several waiting in line. I appreciated this.

Needed a pretravel COVID test. The process was efficient and I received the results with 48 hours as promised. You pay for the test up front and the lab provides you with the receipt and diagnosis code so you can submit to your insurance. I really have no complaints at all. Thanks for making this as positive an experience as one can.

If there was an extra star Arc point would get it. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very friendly, the service was fast, and the facility was clean. After testing the staff made sure my results were received quickly, and emailed to me first thing in the morning. I would recommend this facility to everyone and will only be using them for all of my testing needs.
